The total weight was just over 29000lbs and we put every single one down in 5 hours.  What a WOD!  Thanks to everyone who slung rubber with us.  Now it’s time to start moving the current gym.  We will shoot for a big move this Saturday or Sunday.  I will keep you in the loop.  In the mean time, we will slowly start moving non-essential items over. If you have a little extra room in your car and you attend the daytime classes, we may ask you to make a delivery to the new gym.  I can’t thank you all enough for all the help.  We are definitely holding class at the new location starting Nov. 18th.  Please make sure you know where you are going.

Tuesday’s WOD:

Strength:

Bench 5×3@~80% of 1RM.  Compare to 8/27/13 and see if you can add a little weight.  Same weight for all sets.

Conditioning:

AMRAP 10min

5 Power Cleans (Rx: 61kg/43kg.  Rx+: 70/50kg)

5 Push Press  (Rx: 61kg/43kg. Rx+70/50kg)

5 Ring Rows

*Please not the Rx+ weight is pretty heavy for the PP, be smart and have great form.
