There is another CrossFit competition coming up on Oct. 15th.  It is OktoberFit put on by CrossFit Silicon Valley.  There will be Rx’d and scaled divisions so everyone can get in on the mix.  This is a team event with 3 team members, one of which must be a female.  If you are interested please post to comments here or write on the whiteboard at the gym.  There are several people already down for this so it would be awesome to have several teams participating.

Saturday’s WOD:
Fight Gone Bad: 3 Rounds. 1 minute at each station

  1. Wall-ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
  2. Sumo deadlift high-pull (Reps) (wt:35kg, 25kg)
  3. Box jump (Reps)
  4. Push-press (Reps)  (wt:35kg, 25kg)
  5. Row (Calories)
  6. Rest
