Tonight was the first four of the series. It was really interesting to see this on TV and in HD. I still like watching all of you at the gym more!
1. 3 attempts at max ‘L-Sit’ on the bar
2. 90-95% of 1 RM Shoulder Press: 4 sets of 2 reps (15 mins to complete)
3. Teams of two: Run 3 suicides, while teammate 1 is doing suicides, teammate 2 is doing one arm DB squat snatches. When teammate 1 completes the suicides, teammates switch places. Complete 4 Rounds each.
