Tuesday’s WOD:

Squat Clean Technique: 7 sets of 3 increasing from the bar to about 50% of your front squat focusing completely on proper positioning

Back Squat:

8x @ 60% 1 Rm

6x @ 70% 1 RM

2x6x @ 75% 1 RM

*if you don’t know your 1RM, ask your coach to assist you with weight choice.
