The Games are happening this weekend and a lot of your trainers will be in Los Angeles area cheering on the competitors. Thankfully Vince and Tracie are going to make it so that all classes will be as normal. Open Gym for Thursday night is the only thing cancelled.

*weight for lunges is up to you, but should be challenging to carry accross the gym.
*Tip for the pull ups: Do not use a band if you can avoid it for the pull ups, if you must use a band, use the smallest possible even if it means you are doing one at a time. If you ever want to get better at pullups, you must suffer. You may think this is easy for us to say, but you have no idea how I cry during all pull up WODs (you may think that is sweat, but those are tears). The only way I ever got to a point where I could Rx pull up WODs was to be as slow as hell and do one at a time until I couldn’t do anymore and then use a baby band.
