Happy Monday.  Reminder of changes to schedule:  this week is the last Basic Series (June 21-July 1).  After the end of this series the Tues. and Thurs. 6:30pm class will be regular programming and no Friday 6:30pm class.  There is Open Gym on Thurs. nights 7:30 to 8:30pm.  This is a good time to work on skills, lifting program, etc.

Monday’s WOD:

7 Rounds

5 Handstand Push Up

10 Pull Ups (chest to bar if you fancy)

10 Deadlifts (wt:85kg, 65kg)

On your deadlifts focus on maintaining good form throughout even when you are tired.
