Holiday Hours:  9am-12pm “open gym”  12pm class and 5:30 class only.

Tomorrow is Day 11 of the fitness challenge.  How is it going?  Are you having to break it up into two sets?

Sunday’s WOD:

Every 5 minutes complete:
4oom run

18 kettlebell swings

9 pull ups

repeat 5x,  if you do not make it in the five minutes you earn 5 burpees which you will perform after all five rounds.

So, I’m just going to be running for 25 minutes? Can I run the hill instead then? Or put the run at the end?
