Friday’s WOD:
100 Double Unders, if you stop or mess up you will immediately perform the following:
5 squat jumps
5 ring dips
10 sit ups
We will scale up or down as needed for your skill level with double unders. If you aren’t able to do any double unders or jump you will do a modified version.
