How is the 50 day fitness challenge going? It’s day 5 today so you are up to 5 reps of whatever you chose. Remember that it does not have to be in a row so as it gets higher in number you can break it up into two sets. Your goal is to keep excellent form and work on increasing your consistency with the movement. My personal goal is 2 sets of 25 on the 50th day.
Also, if you bought in to the food challenge, please give me your money asap.
