Wednesday’s Suggested WOD:  compare to 11/29/13

“Black Friday”

1 Mile Run

100 Sit Ups

80 Wall Balls  (20lbs/14lbs)

60 Pull Ups

40 Power Cleans (50kg/35kg)

1 Mile Run

*scale as needed, but make sure you are moving for no less than 30 mins.  You may partition the reps as you see fit.  The run must be at the beginning and end, however.
