Before 2013 leaves us, we are going to give it our best to mark some goals off our list.  The last two days of this month/year, the WODs will be a strength movement and a benchmark WOD of your choosing.  If you don’t know, I will have a choice posted for you.  Start thinking about what WODs you would like to PR or Rx and which strength movements would you like to destroy!  Set some goals and let’s get this done.  Start fresh in 2014.  With that being said, please make your goals reasonable for the time frame.   Set yourself up for success!

Tuesday’s WOD:

Strength:

Max Jerk: preferably a Split Jerk, but a Push Jerk will be acceptable.

Conditioning:

AMRAP 10 min

5 Push Jerk  (Rx: 65kg/45kg)

10 Box Jump (24/20in Rx+: 30/24in)

**Scale the weight as needed, it should be challenging to you however.
