Friday’s WOD:

Weighted Pull Ups
5×3  pick a weight and go with it for all five sets

Then:

Run Marcus’ hill loop.  Go out front door, turn right on MacArthur, then left on Estudillo, go under freeway, turn right onto Benedict Dr., then left on View.  The full loop is to Graff and back.  The modified version will be to address 1391 View.  The numbers are nicely painted on the sidewalk, so you can’t miss it. 

If you do not run, you will row 300m then pick up the pace for 100m, then go back to normal pace for 100m, then pick up the pace for 100m, and repeat until you hit 1500m.
