Now that the games open is over, I can focus more on our WOD of the month and skill of the month.  Tomorrow we are going to do our WOD of the month.  At the end of the month we will do it again to see our improvements.  Throughout the month (how many times can I say month) we will work on the clean and getting better on the rings.  Also, consider coming in early or staying after a few minutes to work on these items as well.  Practicing the clean with a light weight is a good way to improve technique.  Here is a little video to inspire you: (please realize how frickin frackin heavy this is and how she puts it up like nothing)  She is 5’6″ and 155lbs.

Ring Dips

Wt:60kg, 40kg

modify the ring dips to your level and the weight as well.
