Squats

Tabata is 20 sec on/10 sec off for 8 consecutive rounds.

Yes, thank you for the tabata workout.
I did another one tonight (after finding a tabata timer app for android) of shoulder presses, situps, squats, and pushups and upped my squats to 143. Woohoo!
