15 reps (55kg, 40kg) squat clean
30 Toes to bar
30 Dips  (10 muscle ups if you are special)
20 Handstand Push Up
30 Double Unders
15 reps (50kg, 35kg) Thruster
30 Pullups
30 Push Ups
400m Run

I would love to do this workout but unfortunately I can only go to crossfit on Tuesdays and Fridays.
