We have a new Basics series starting tomorrow.  If you have friends or family who have been thinking of joining let them know about this class.  It’s 2 weeks Tues, Thurs, and Fri at 6:30pm and goes over all the major movements performed in CrossFit as well as basic nutrition and CrossFit methods. 

New Games Open WOD to be posted tomorrow evening, so be ready for the CFSL games version on Wednesday.
