FYI: There are metal file holders on the wall behind the desk that house all sorts of fascinating information. Nutrition info, the calendars, exercise sheets to assist with avoiding or getting over injury. Feel free to take one and put it in your personal folder so you can do them every time you are here. If you are having issues or you have been the recipient of one of “wow your posture is terrible” or “we gotta get you stretched out”, grab a sheet and get to work. The only way they work is if you do them!

Wednesday’s WOD:
100 Push Ups For Time
if you rest greater than 3 seconds, put a knee down, or fall on your face, etc. run 400m. Please dress appropriately for bad weather. If it is too cold or rainy, we will do something else or you can opt out of the run.
