Monday’s WOD:



These will be new to most of you so we will pick weights that are a little lighter and focus on technique.  Once you are feeling comfortable with the movement, we will go up in weight. 

Ring Dips


If you are able to easily bust out 5 ring dips, then do them weighted.  On the other hand, if you haven’t even tried ring dips, you will start with static holds on the rings and progress from there.  Please watch the video above about proper range.
