Want to make life a little easier?  Sign up for autopay and you won’t have to remember when you need to pay or have one of us harass you at the end of class.  Just pick the number of times you come in and get it set up.  If you aren’t computer savvy, you can have us set it up at the gym.

Also, starting on Feb. 1st we will ONLY welcome newcomer drop-ins to the Basics class held on Tues, Thurs, Fri. nights at 630pm and regular WOD class on Saturday mornings at 8am.  The class sizes are becoming too great to effectively train new people and give the proper attention to those of you who are already members.  Please respect this and don’t bring a friend with you on another time.  This puts the coach in a bad position and makes for uncomfortableness (the coaches are instructed to not allow newcomer drop ins to workout) and the workouts are already uncomfortable enough.  If you are a seasoned CrossFitter or these times will absolutely not work for you, send me an email and we can work it out.   Thank you.
