Weightlifting class is back on tomorrow. We will finish promptly at 11:00 tomorrow, so please be ready to move. Also, we are going to be adding a few classes. Starting next week we will have a Thursday noon class and Saturday there will be an 8am class. As always, we will see if the level of interest justifies the class addition. So fill up the new classes!

“Whitten”

Five rounds for time of:
22 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
22 Box jump, 24 inch box
Run 400 meters
22 Burpees
22 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
