We are starting a new food challenge next week. Info to follow. Also, we are going to participate In the annual Fight For Air Climb on March 26th as a team. I will post more information about the event in the next few days.

We are getting toward the end of this deadlift cycle. How do you feel about this cycle?

Did you skip a week on the deadlift? This looks like week 10. I thought we were on week 9, since last week was 104%. Maybe I’m just confused.
