Tomorrow is the release of the final Open WOD for 2014.  What are your guesses?

Thursday’s WOD:

Strength: 2omin time cap

Clean Pull/Hang Clean/Clean: find best or 5 sets if you are newer to this movement

Conditioning:

5 Rounds of 2min on/1min off

200m Run

Max Thrusters (43kg/30kg)

*You have 2mins to run the 200m and then do as many thrusters in the remaining time as possible.

**Open people, there is a good chance the WOD this week will be thrusters.  Might I suggest changing the thrusters to double unders for Thursday’s WOD.
