I know it can be challenging when we are in kilos and the rest of Am-uri-ka is in pounds.  I just think this kind of higher level math is good for us all.  We are making you fitter, body and mind!

All jokes aside, today was really great!  I would say most of us that program and take pride in keeping our people on the road to their goals were nervous about how this WOD would play out.  I am so happy to report that your teammates maintained excellent form throughout the WOD, while putting up some really competitive numbers.  Great work everyone!  Thanks to our cheerleaders and judges!  Two more to go.  If you haven’t been out yet, bring it next week.
