Holiday hours:

Friday 24th Christmas Eve 10:00 a.m. class only

Saturday25th Christmas Day closed

Sunday 26th as usual

Tuesday 28th and Thursday 30th no open gym or 6:30 basics class

Friday 31st New Year’s Eve 10:00 a.m. class (stay tuned this may be held at the track)

Saturday 1st New Year Day closed

Resume normal schedule after that.

Thursday’s WOD:

10 Rounds

4 Handstand Push Ups
8 Kettlebell Swings (go heavier than usual)
12 Med Ball Sit Ups

This is an all out effort from the word go. It will be fast. Scale the HSPUs and KB wt. if you are newer.
