Saturday’s WOD:
In teams of three complete 3 rounds of:
15 ring dips
While one teammate is doing the ring dips, one teammate is continuously doing kettlebell swings, and the other is continuously doing one arm over head squats until ring dips person is finished. Then you will rotate and continue same cycle. Motivational consequence: if the kettlebell person rests everyone must immediately do 5 burpees then return to wherever they left off. Got it?
