Thinking about Christmas presents?  We will be starting a new Basics class on Jan. 4th which is a great class for people who are feeling a little nervous about starting or have been out of the fitness game for a long time.  This is a series of 9 classes focusing on the movements we use in CrossFit classes while helping the participants gain confidence in completing the WODs.  It is on Tues, Thurs, and Fri at 6:30pm and they will get to come the last week of the month to any regular class.  Consider getting a gift certificate for someone for this class or any of our memberships.  You can choose how much you want to put on the gift card or you can sign them up for the class all online.

Double Unders

Leg Raises

A spin on Annie.  If you aren’t able to do double unders, we will scale to singles.  HOWEVER, the only way to get better at something is to practice!  Double unders are not just about getting your heart rate up and torturing you, they are more about learning timing, accuracy, and coordination along with torturing you. Learn them!
