We are going to decide the workout tomorrow depending upon what the weather decides to do.  Just expect something typical for a Saturday.   A longer, fun conditioning workout. 

Please RSVP on the whiteboard for the upcoming Holiday party which will be held at the gym on Dec. 11th at 6pm. 

Also, we are having weightlifting class at 10am right after 9am CrossFit class.  The weightlifting class will have a predetermined program and it is important for you to know what your 1 rep max numbers are.  If you haven’t found those numbers for certain movements we can figure it out, but definitely come with the mindset to get moving.  We will have a lot of reps and a lot of different lifts, so focus is key to getting through it all effectively and timely.
