Changes to schedule:  Noon class on Friday is cancelled due to lack of attendance.  If demand increases we will bring it back.  On Saturday we are adding a weightlifting class at 10am.  This class will be weightlifting only, no conditioning workout.  Expect a lot of reps and heavy loads. 

Tuesday’s WOD:

5 Rounds

20 walking lunges (Not overhead)

10 leg raises

50 singles jump rope
