She did it!  Amanda won the women’s muscle up pot.  Great job Amanda!  She worked diligently on this goal.  Want to achieve something specific or master a skill?  Take a few minutes every day and work on whatever it is you want to master.  Things like pull ups, full push ups, a muscle up, proper squat, etc.  are all great foundational moves to become masters of and you can do this with 5 or 10 minutes before or after class daily.  Push ups, squats, and dips can all be done at your house when you aren’t in the gym and this extra work will pay off.  Give it a try and see the difference.

Monday’s WOD:

Deadlift 3x 2 at 90-95%

Then:

AMRAP 10 mins

5 one arm overhead squat

5 burpees

5 one arm overhead squat

5 double unders
